            Across the Plains.—On Sunday last, Morgan Fisher, father and family arrived in town. They were destined for Cañon Creek, Trinity county. Fisher informs us that there is a large immigration coming in through the Noble's Pass route. He says that grass and water are in abundance, and that the health of the immigrants is good. Also, that Colonel Lander has given efficient aid to the immigrants while passing through the Indian country.— Shasta Courier.
