Honey Lake Valley News. — A correspondent of the Marysville Appeal, writing from Honey Lake, August 1st, has the following: The immigration via the Plains, has just commenced coming in on this route. Two companies from Illinois, with horse teams, have just arrived. They report having passed a great many ox teams on the road, but saw very few loose stock. One of the companies had fifty head of their best horses stolen at Goose Creek by the Indians. Since leaving that point they have not seen or had any difficulty with the red skins. Lance Nightingill and party have just returned from their Indian scout, having traversed the Indian country north and east of this valley for a distance of one hundred and fifty miles without meeting with the enemy. Colonel Lander's party have reached Antelope Springs, fifteen miles this side of the Humboldt, where they are at present engaged in putting in water tanks, after which, I understand, they will return to this valley.
