Eight Legislators Failed To File Timely And Required Financial Disclosure Reports

January 28, 2005 -- The Secretary of State's office confirmed today that eight members of the current state legislature have not filed required financial disclosure reports. This biennial legislative session is scheduled to commence on Feb. 7.

Financial disclosure reports are required to be filed on or before Jan. 15 of each year with the office of the Secretary of State, pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 281.561.  The delinquent legislators are:
